This MVP (Microsoft awarded Valuable Professionals) site gives some interesting tools to make backups and restore messages in Outlook Express.
It also allows .dbx files to be transferred to other computers.
I found this site and tools via Microsoft Newsgroups, to solve problems related to our original Yahoo acoustics list site in function of integrating private archives sent to me.
Some Tools are free !!
