How does everyone feel about allowing attachments on the list. At this
point I have the list set to allow attachments, but that was more to
help set up the list. Attachments are nice for the people with high
speed connections, but they are also a problem for people with slow
connection. And then there is always the virus problems. Let me know
what you think. I am about 60% in favor of turning attachments off.

Probably not a good idea Dan. It ties up your connection without the
benefit of being able to choose whether or not you want the attachment.

It's better to have a FTP site where you can download it if you want it.

I say NO attachments. It opens the door for problems. When necessary the
interested party can get them off the site.

I have a quick connection, but many don't so why upset people when the benefit
is really not that great?

Instead of attatchments, can we set up
an upload station at the website?

Off works for me. Perhaps provide a link for files or email them
individually to those who are interested.

No attachments but please tell us, accurately, what to look for in the
site.
