US west has been having router and DNS problems so the studiotips site
may be down from time to time. Most of the city lost internet access for
about 2 hours today. Hopefully they have it fixed. I don't think it
should affect the mailing list since it is on onelist.

I'm in Phoenix, it seems to be a problem at the central switch but all the
companies with DSL, T-1, T-3 lines from US West lost access. I think US
West's connection to the backbone for most of the city is there. The company
that installs V-DSL for US West is in our building and they said about 90% of
their customers were down.
